Dr. Kristina Mokhir is a licensed naturopathic doctor and is a member of the CAND (Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors). 

Her journey towards becoming a naturopathic doctor began back in her home country, Ukraine, where she lived in a rural area learning about plants, agricultural practices and their influence on our health. Dr. Kristina comes from a family of doctors, and one can say that medicine and serving people’s health run in her blood. 

Dr. Kristina spent more than 10 years in the nutritional supplements industry and has an Honours degree in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph, ON.  After completing her honours degree, she went on to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she obtained her Doctor Of Naturopathy degree. She received her clinical training at the Brampton Civic Hospital – the first naturopathic teaching clinic in the hospital setting in Canada, and the RSNC (Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic). 

Dr. Kristina sees patients with various health concerns, but her special interest is in the skin and hormone health. Having struggled with adult-onset cystic acne and dermatitis during the medical program, she knows well what it’s like not to have perfect skin and the stress and frustration associated with chasing perfection. Using the principles of naturopathic medicine, she identified the root cause of her skin concerns and healed the her skin naturally. She passionately shares her knowledge and expertise, seeing patients from BC and clients worldwide. In addition to skin and hormone focus, Dr. Kristina also has a special interest in treating TMJ disorder using combination techniques including elements of osteopathy, naturopathic massage, acupressure, trigger point therapy, acupuncture and cupping.
